Your 1^st Deposit includes:

• Manufacturer Price Lock-in: Your 1^st deposit locks in today’s price for 60 days saving you $5,000 to $50,000+ over imminent price increases that can occur overnight as the cost of building materials and labor continue to skyrocket.  While you’re finalizing your order with the manufacturer, you can extend your price lock-in to 180 days by placing your 2^nd deposit with Escrow.com
• Transferability Guarantee: Your 1^st deposit is fully transferable to any other model from the same manufacturer and to any other manufacturer listed in the ‘With Incentives’ categories on CatalogOfHomes.com
• Site Visit & Photography: If you’re within the manufacturer’s local service area, a manufacturer rep will visit the site to photograph and assess.  Otherwise, we’ll send a professional real estate photographer (up to USD $350 – for remote locations, additional charges may apply and will be passed along to the homebuyer at cost).
• Feasibility Analysis by Manufacturer: The manufacturer will review the data and images collected on the site visit and offer a preliminary feasibility analysis.  90% – 95% of sites are workable, but your 1^st deposit is a great investment towards determining if yours is one of the few that isn’t.  The analysis includes both the feasibility of the delivery route to the site (and crane swing range, if applicable) and site suitability (terrain, grade, site servicing, etc.)
• Exclusive Upgrades: As a manufacturer-certified new home broker, COH Home Advisors Inc. reallocates a portion of every brokerage commission towards home upgrades of your choice which may include: finish upgrades, climate control, home automation, and home security
• Priority Sequenced Build: COH Home Advisors Inc. homebuyers get priority queuing on manufacturer production lines to get you into your new home faster
• Priority Consulting: Whether you use your own contractor or one from our referral network, your contractor’s queries and requests will be placed on the highest priority level with the manufacturer’s customer service, design, and build teams.
• Buyer Readiness Consultation: Your Buyer Readiness Consultation is a 45 minute Zoom consultation included with your first deposit where we will proactively identify any elements that have the potential to slow down the installation of your new home, and make referrals to remove obstacles.
• Certified Site Prep Contractor Referrals: If you haven’t already selected a local contractor for site preparation, we can provide referrals to certified professionals upon request.
• Specialist Financing Referrals: If you haven’t already arranged financing for your new home, we can provide referrals to specialist lenders and brokers upon request.
